Let’s make your dress shopping journey as smooth as possible.

We know that finding the dress can come with a lot of questions, so we’ve gathered some of the most common ones here to help guide you. From when to start shopping for your dress to how long it takes for your dress to arrive once you’ve ordered it, we’ve got you covered.

And if there’s anything else you need to know, feel free to get in touch — we’re always happy to help.

  • Ideally, you should start shopping 12 months before your wedding. This allows time to have a think about a particular dress, time for ordering, shipping and any necessary alterations.

  • Dresses usually take anywhere from 6 - 9 months to arrive from when order is placed, depending on the designer and style. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

  • Yes, we carry a wide range of sample sizes ranging from size UK 8 to size UK 28.

  • We recommend nude underwear on the day but can discuss underwear for your wedding on the day of appointment as it all depends on the style of wedding dress.

  • Your stylist will clip, pin and guide you through visualising the correct fit. Don’t let sample sizes discourage you.

  • Usually not. Alterations are a separate service with additional cost. We can recommend a seamstress to you on the day.

  • Yes, we allow photos to be taken in our boutique.

  • That is ok, you are not expected to say yes straight away. You can always book a follow up or try another store.

  • Yes you can wear minimal makeup, but no fake tan please.


  • Prices vary widely, but most range from €1,000 to €3,000. Let your stylist know what your budget is to avoid any surprises.

  • Yes we require 50% of the cost of the dress to be paid before we can order.

  • We offer installment payments or layaway options. Ask your stylist in advance for more information.
